Sponsorship Proposals

What We Look For

Thinking about partnering with Clearview Accessories?

We’re glad you’re here! This page walks you through exactly what we look for in a sponsorship proposal, so you can figure out if we’re the right fit before you put the time into submitting one. We back partnerships that genuinely connect with 4WD, towing, and touring enthusiasts — and we want every partnership we enter to deliver real value for both sides. Read on to see how we think, and how to give your proposal the best shot.

At Clearview, the partnerships we’re most proud of are the ones that have grown with us over time. When we say yes to a sponsorship, we mean it — we’re not looking for a one-season logo placement. We want relationships that reflect who we are, resonate with our customers, and create something worth building on together, year after year.
That kind of commitment means we have to be thoughtful about where we invest. We’re genuinely fortunate to receive a strong volume of proposals each year, and many of them are impressive. But our budget is finite and our focus is clear, so we simply can’t take on every opportunity — even when we can see the appeal. For every partnership we say yes to, there are others we have to respectfully decline.
We never take that lightly. Everyone who puts a proposal together has invested real time and energy, and we genuinely appreciate that. What we can promise is a fair, consistent review — every submission gets assessed against the same criteria. The sections below lay those out clearly, so you can put your best case forward from the start.

Our Approach to Sponsorship
We think of sponsorship as a genuine investment, not just a transaction. Every partnership we back needs to connect with the people who actually buy our products and offer a clear, credible path to value.
We’re open to all kinds of ideas. Athletes, events, content creators, and community initiatives can all be a great fit when the audience and the activation align with what we do. A compelling story and real passion matter to us, but we also need to see a clear commercial case.
The proposals that stand out are the ones that show that the person behind them understands our business, our customers, and our category — then they explain how a partnership would move products, build brand trust, or support our dealer network. If you can make that case convincingly, we genuinely want to hear from you.

What We Look For

Think of the criteria below as a checklist before you hit send. Proposals that address most or all of these points are far more likely to move forward.

1. Audience Overlap With Our Buyers
Big reach numbers are a start, but they don’t tell us the full story. What we really want to know is how many people in your audience own 4WDs or dual-cab utes, and how many of them tow, tour, camp, or travel off-road.
Help us see the fit. Share audience data — vehicle ownership, travel and towing habits, demographics, and any evidence that your followers invest in premium aftermarket accessories. The clearer the connection to our buyers, the stronger your case.

2. A Rationale Built Around Clearview
A proposal that could be sent to any brand won’t go very far with us. We’re looking for a case that’s been built specifically around Clearview — our products, our customers, and the way they make buying decisions.
Reference the things that matter to us: towing, caravan and trailer use, 4WD practicality, driver visibility and safety, and the aftermarket upgrade culture that drives our category. Tell us why this partnership fits us — not just why your platform is worth knowing about.

3. A Defined Package With Clear Assets
We need to know exactly what we’d be getting. Broad outlines of possible ideas make it really hard to judge value — so the more specific, the better.
Please include:

  • Specific inventory, including logo placement, size, and prominence
  • Volume and cadence of any content included
  • Physical and digital assets covered by the agreement

A clear, well-defined package makes it much easier for us to say yes.

4. Pricing That Makes Sense
Share your pricing — and the thinking behind it. We’re much more comfortable committing to a spend when we can see how the cost connects to the value on offer.
Where you can, include tiered options, the inclusions at each level, and a rationale grounded in the assets and audience you’re delivering. This helps us compare proposals honestly and fairly.

5. Category Exclusivity
Help us understand where we’d stand relative to any competitors. Sponsorship works best when a brand can hold a clear position in the audience’s mind.
Let us know whether category exclusivity is on the table, whether competing brands are already part of the picture, and how Clearview would stand out. If we’re one logo among many, that’s important for us to know upfront.

6. An Activation Strategy That Puts Our Products to Work
Exposure is only half the story — it needs to be tied to genuine product use to really convert. We want to see how our products would be integrated authentically, not just featured.
The best proposals tell a story that moves from your platform to a real problem our products solve: towing visibility, durability, outback reliability, fit-for-purpose engineering. Show us how your audience would see our gear working in a context they recognise.

7. Content Deliverables and Usage Rights
We need clearly defined deliverables and the rights to put them to work.
Please outline:

  • The type and number of content pieces (posts, reels, recaps, behind-the-scenes, and so on)
  • The delivery schedule throughout the partnership
  • Usage rights for imagery and video, including where and how long we can use them

8. A Way to Measure Success
A great partnership is one where both sides know what success looks like. Help us define that from day one.
Let us know the metrics you’ll track, how you’ll report on them, and how often. A straightforward, honest measurement framework builds confidence and sets the foundation for something longer-term.

9. Proof That the Platform Delivers
If your proposal is built around an individual, team, or event, show us the commercial evidence, not just the story. A great narrative is a genuinely useful starting point — but we also need to see proof of reach.
Where relevant, include audience size and engagement by platform, follower demographics, media coverage, event attendance, and any results from past sponsorships. This is what helps us see whether a platform can deliver, not just inspire.

Ready to Share Your Proposal?

If your opportunity ticks most of these boxes, we’d love to hear from you. Working through these criteria upfront means we can review your proposal quickly and give it a fair shot — and it gives strong partnerships the best possible chance of getting off the ground.
Put together something that speaks to our audience, spells out what’s included, and shows how we’d measure success together. Then reach out and let’s start the conversation.

Send your proposal and any supporting audience or performance data to the Clearview Accessories marketing team. We review every submission and follow up with you.
