Our Compact Towing Mirrors are just like a factory Mirror, with the additional advantage of the extra visibility that our towing mirror extension provides.
A large convex single mirror reduces the objects that it reflects, allowing the driver to have a much wider field view and diminishing blind spots.
Our Next Gen and its twin mirror design is suitable for towing anything from the smallest of trailers to the largest of vans.
The Next Gen’s dual mirror design provides the best of both worlds; a large flat top mirror helps with reversing into parking spaces or aligning a hitch with a trailer, and the smaller convex mirror provides a better understanding of what’s happening around the vehicle.
*Raw finishes can be painted to any colour by a third-party automotive paint shop at an additional cost (available for Compact and Next Gen only)
Blind Spot Monitoring – Ultrasonic or radar sensors can be found on the side or rear of the vehicle body. These sensors allow for a small indication light to appear on the mirror glass to alert you when another vehicle is within your blind spot. The BSM feature is only available for those with pre-existing BSM.
Power-Fold – Clearview Tow Mirrors will electrically fold in towards the vehicle with a press of the interior Power-Fold button, and will also return to the driving position at the touch of a button. The Power-Fold feature mirrors your OE functionality, allowing the mirrors to fold via the key fob, the door-handle touch panel, the interior switch, when opening or closing the door, or when starting or shutting off the engine—depending on your vehicle.
This feature is only available on vehicles fitted with a factory power-fold function. Options may vary depending on the make, model, and year of your vehicle.
Indicators – Refers to the lights on the side of the mirror which illuminate to signal your intentions to swap lanes or turn. Our Clearview indicator models feature a clear indicator lens with amber LED Lights, manufactured with CAT5 indicators as a standard. This feature is available for those with the pre-existing indicator feature.
Electric Mirror Glass Adjustment – Refers to the electrical adjustments of the mirror glass, moving horizontally and vertically to suit the driver’s preferred driving position. Single mirror glass models offer electric adjustment, and double mirror glass models only allow for the larger top glass to be adjusted. The bottom mirror must be manually adjusted. Feature only available for those with the pre-existing feature.
Heat – Demists and defogs glass on the mirror in frosty, icy weather, working off the same de-mist system as the vehicle. Frost and ice will melt away from glass when turned on. Only available for vehicles with pre-existing heated glass feature.
Power Boards are electrical side steps that are activated by the vehicle’s door sensor. When your door opens, the magic begins! Your steps will lower to a comfortable height making stepping in and out of your vehicle a breeze.
The Power Boards will retract neatly underneath your vehicle, between the wheel arches on both sides when the doors are closed.
