Launched in Australia in July 2021, the Isuzu MU-X RJ is available in three grades—LS-M, LS-U and LS-T—all powered by a 3.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine paired with an automatic transmission, with 4×2 or 4×4 drivetrains available.
In March 2024, Isuzu introduced a 1.9-litre turbo-diesel engine option for the LS-M and LS-U models, offering improved fuel efficiency and a more accessible entry point to the MU-X lineup.
A facelifted MU-X was unveiled in February 2025, introducing updated styling and a new grade: the X-Terrain. Please note that Clearview Towing Mirrors are currently compatible with MU-X models from 2021 to 2024.
Fitment for the 2025 facelifted model with 360-camera is under development.

Clearview offers two mirror styles for the MU-X: the Next Gen and the Compact, both designed for daily driving and serious towing.
Our Compact Towing Mirrors are just like an OE Mirror, with the additional advantage of the extra visibility that our towing mirror extension provides.
A large convex single mirror reduces the objects that it reflects, allowing the driver to have a much wider field view and diminishing blind spots.
Our Next Gen and its twin mirror design is suitable for towing anything from the smallest of trailers to the largest of vans.
The Next Gen’s dual mirror design provides the best of both worlds; a large flat top mirror helps with reversing into parking spaces or aligning a hitch with a trailer, and the smaller convex mirror provides a better understanding of what’s happening around the vehicle.

No. Clearview Towing Mirrors are a licensed Isuzu accessory, developed and tested in collaboration with Isuzu. Installation of compatible Clearview Mirrors will not void your factory warranty.
Blind Spot Monitoring – This feature is operated through ultrasonic or radar sensors on the vehicle’s rear and side. A small indication light will appear to alert you when another vehicle is within your blind spot. There may also be a beeping/audible alert, or the steering wheel may induce vibration, or a light shake will occur.
Power-fold – A quick press of the Power-Fold button brings your Clearview Tow Mirrors in towards the vehicle, while another press returns them to position. The Power-Fold function matches your OE capability, allowing control through the key fob, touch-handle panel, interior button, and certain automatic actions depending on the vehicle. Only suitable for vehicles with factory power-fold. Vehicle-specific variations apply.
Indicators – Lights located on the side of the Mirror that will flash to signal your intentions to swap lanes or turn. Our Tow Mirrors include a clear indicator lens with an amber LED light. Indicators in all manufactured mirrors come with a CAT5 indicator as standard.
Electric Mirror Glass Adjustment – Electrical Vertical and Horizontal adjustments to suit your preferred driving angles. Clearview supports this feature throughout our range. Single Mirror models can offer electric adjustments of the mirror. The double mirror models can only offer top glass mirror electric adjustments, the lower bottom glass is a manual adjustment.
Heat – A feature that demists and defogs your mirror glass when it’s frosty and icy. Operating off the same de-misting system as your vehicle.
All these features are only available for those vehicles that contain these pre-existing features such as Blind Spot Monitoring, Power-Fold, Indicators, Electric Mirror Glass Adjustment, and Heat. The Mirror alone cannot add new functionality to the vehicle.
