c) carry out normal care and maintenance of the Clearview products, including any required by the product information;
d) make the claim within the warranty period
The Clearview Warranty will not apply in circumstances where the defect is caused by:
a) incorrect or faulty fitment, accidental or intentional damage, alteration, acts of nature, vandalism, collision, road hazards or adverse conditions, misuse, abuse or neglect of the Clearview product, including improper repair or maintenance or failing to repair and maintain the product, failure of other products, operation of the product outside of its environmental or technical specifications, or repair or modification carried out by anyone other than Clearview Accessories.
b) alteration, modification, or manipulation of our products.

Our repair and return process addresses all issues, whether caused by an accident or other reasons. If you need your product repaired or restored, contact us to receive a Return Authority to send the product back.
We offer return-to-base services for out-of-warranty repairs or restorations. Depending on the situation, there may be a charge, or we may provide the service as a goodwill gesture, handled on a case-by-case basis.
In cases where charges are likely to apply, we will discuss remediation and costs with you before proceeding with the repair.

How to Make a Claim: Submit your claim online via our Warranty Section. Ensure you include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, email confirmation, or bank statement), proof of identification, and vehicle fitment details (if applicable). Your Rights Under ACL: You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor failures, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. For example, if your towing mirror has a major defect that makes it unsafe to use, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the defect is minor, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Minor defects are defined as defects that are purely cosmetic or that have no bearing to the actual operation of the product, such as replacement plastics (mirror caps, mirror arm covers etc).

What’s Covered
Manufacturer’s Warranty:
When accepted in a valid warranty claim, the Manufacturer’s Warranty will entitle the claimant to have the warranty matter dealt with without cost to the claimant. Clearview Accessories® will cover reasonable costs, including labour undertaken by an Authorised Clearview Distributor, provided the labour charges are authorised in writing and in advance.
Any charges incurred prior to a warranty claim being submitted and accepted by Clearview Accessories® will not be acknowledged or authorised for payment.
Parts Warranty:
When accepted in a valid warranty claim, the Parts Warranty will entitle the claimant to receive any parts required to repair or make good the originally warranted product at no cost for the parts.
Labour charges to fit or repair a product under the Parts Warranty are the responsibility of the product owner.
