Clearview Towing Mirrors uses Australia Post as our courier. Rates are determined by destination postcode. To obtain a shipping quote for delivery to your postcode, please follow these steps:

  1. Add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart
  2. View your shopping cart
  3. Select “Calculate Shipping”
  4. Fill out the required forms
  5. Click Update

All orders are shipped within two (2) working days. If you do not receive your order within ten (10) days, please notify us by email.

Returns

To return a Clearview Product – please process your warranty claim, following the steps below:

  1. You must inform Clearview or a Clearview Authorised Dealer as soon as the warranty claim arises and provide a written description of the fault;
  2. You must send to Clearview or a Clearview Authorised Dealer your original proof of purchase and your written description of the fault (including image samples and any other relevant materials); and
  3. Subject to the applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction, you may be liable for all packaging, freight and insurance costs for transit of the Product to Clearview.

If the warranty claim is accepted, Clearview will, subject to applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction, at its cost:

  1. repair or replace any faulty parts or rectify any faulty workmanship; and
  2. return the Product to you
